Core Technology
The product combines inorganic ceramic particles with high emissivity in the mid-to-far infrared band and high-reflectivity coatings, and is prepared via a roll-to-roll coating process. A high-performance anti-aging coating protects the underlying coatings from oxidative degradation during long-term outdoor service. Meanwhile, multiple adhesive layers are designed for the substrate, enabling compatibility with various substrates such as metal, cement, and wood.
Key Challenges Addressed
Selection of inorganic ceramic particles, protection of high-reflectivity coatings, and diversity of adhesive layers.
Technological Breakthroughs
Through iterative testing, the transmittance issue of mid-to-far infrared emissive coatings in the solar spectrum band has been addressed. This resolves the compatibility between such coatings and reflective coatings, improving the solar reflectance. A micro-nano structured layer with high transmittance and high haze is adopted, which solves the problem of light pollution caused by the film in outdoor environments; Through the selection of appropriate adhesive layers, the integration of roof waterproofing and cooling functions is realized.
